Quality Control Technician
1-Inspect assemblies, subassemblies, components, parts and materials to ensure compliance to blueprints, specifications, work orders, purchase orders, etc.
2-Document inspection and measurement result in accordance with P&H standards and procedures.
3-Label and store all incoming products.
4-Create and review technical documentations (quality control sheet, test reports, etc).
5-Set up test machines. Perform mechanical tests in accordance to specification.
6-Maintain and calibrate all test equipment.
1-Be able to read instructions, blueprints, specifications, etc.
2-Be able to use inspection equipment; i.e., calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc.
3-Have good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
4-Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with other functions
5-Good command of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel).
7-High School Education. Technician Certificate or Associates Degree preferred
